POLICE LOG: Milford Man Arrested For DWI

[Wednesday, June 20]
At 10:48 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Shelby Lunn, 18, of Milford and Julie Lo, 49, of Merrimack.
At 3:52 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Amanda Pinchott, 22, of Milford and Connie Ann Demers, 45, of Merrimack.

[Thursday, June 21]
At 12:47 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a hit and run accident in the parking lot of Bentley’s Roast Beef on Route 101A.

At 7:07 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Main Street at Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Susan Thornton, 65, of Amherst and Jack Grudzien, 16, of Amherst.
At 10:11 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Nathan Davenport, 19, of Jaffrey and Holly Glen Perry, 50, of Milford.
[Friday, June 22]
At 2:50 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Angelica Cardenas, 22, of 98 Powers Street #227, Milford on a charge of DWI. Cardenas was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for June 28, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
At 4:34 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Tarah I. Loy, 35, of 10 Highland Drive, Amherst on a charge of driving after suspension. Loy was released on $300 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 12, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
At 1:26 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident in the Heritage Place parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Anne S. Mock, 67, of Longboat Key, FL and a parked vehicle.
[Saturday, June 23]
The Amherst Police Department investigated an accident which occurred in the parking lot of the Amherst Transfer Station at about 1:50 p.m. No injuries were reported. The driver was Edwin Huff, 61, of Amherst and a parked vehicle.
At 11:05 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Larry Grenier, 32, of 13 Warren Way, Amherst on the 12 hour domestic law at the request of Wolfeboro PD. Grenier was held in lieu of bail, with a court date set for June 25, 2012.
[Sunday, June 24]
At 12:50 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Derek De Jesus, 23, of 11 Pepperell Rd, Brookline on a charge of driving after suspension. De Jesus was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 12, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
At 5:40 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested William Michael Luks, 19, of 3 Narraganset Road, Amherst on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Luks was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 12, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
At 4:32 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Frederick Charles Marchand, 29, of 13 Crescent Street, Pepperell, MA on a charge of issuing bad checks. Marchand was released on $2,500 personal reognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 12, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
