POLICE LOG: Milford Woman Arrested For Aggravated DWI

[Tuesday, July 31]

At 9:55 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Zeth Corron, 25, of 26 Melendy Road, Milford on a charge of driving after suspension.  Corron was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 23, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 1:11 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Lauren Marcucci, 21, of 18 New South Drive, Amherst on a charge of driving after suspension. Marcucci was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 23, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 6:55 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Cheryl Ann Bellew, 64, of 413 Osgood Road, Milford on a charge of aggravated DWI.  Bellew was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 23, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 9:46 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Todd Simione, 25, of 3 Mulberry Terrace, Salem on a charge of false report to law enforcement.  Simione was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 23, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Friday, August 3]

At 3:52 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Nicole Brown, 23, of 179 Beech Street #3, Manchester on a charge of driving after suspension. Brown was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 23, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 10:25 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Grant Thomas Miller, 30, of 43 Standish Way, Amherst on charges of criminal mischief, possession of a controlled drug and obstructing report of crime.  Miller was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 23, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 7:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Lawrence Alexander Palumbo, 23, of 9 Peach Drive, Nashua on charges of DWI and failure to obey a traffic control device. Palumbo was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 23, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:28 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Stefan Roland Baringer, 28, of 6 Strawberry Bank Road #6, Nashua on charges of driving after suspension and disobeying a police officer. Baringer was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 5, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
