POLICE LOG: Multiple Mailboxes Destroyed On Brook Road

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Tuesday, Aug. 21]

At 12 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Melissa Ann Girouard, 29, of 111 Annand Drive, Milford on a charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Girouard was released on $400 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 13, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 5:31 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Scott Smith, 54, of Amherst and David Forrest, 53, of Temple.

At 10:23 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Nathan J. Curran, 25, of 90 Amherst Street #5, Milford on a charge of driving after suspension. Curran was released on $400 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 13, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 11:25 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101A (car v. deer). No injuries were reported. The driver was Ralph Todt, 64, of Milford.

At 11:51 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Broadway. The driver was Kaitlyn Lavin, 19, of Nashua.

[Wednesday, Aug. 22]

The Amherst Police Department investigated a report of criminal mischief which occurred on Brook Road sometime during the overnight hours. A number of mailboxes were damaged.

[Thursday, Aug. 23]

At 3:48 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested John Everett Knox, Jr., 22, of 40 Fairbanks Street, Keene, NH on a charge of driving after suspension. Knox was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 13, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 5:35 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Ellen O’Shea, 61, of Nashua and Stephanie Hamilton, 36, of Milford.

At 10:03 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jared Sleeper, 22, of 70 Bean Road, Merrimack, NH on a charge of driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Sleeper was released on $400 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 13, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
