POLICE LOG: Teens Arrested On Criminal Mischief, Alcohol Charges

[Wednesday, Aug. 15]

At 3:55 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Joseph Claude Goguen, 53, of 358 Cinnabar Lane, Bel Air, MD on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Goguen was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 30, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 5:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the parking lot of Walmart.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Catherine Levesque-Bean, 60, of Merrimack and Robert Parker, 76, of Temple.

At 8:20 p.m.,, the Amherst Police Department arrested Dennis Franklin Lorden, 20, of 51 Old Revolutionary Road, Temple on charges of criminal mischief and possession of a controlled drug.  Lorden was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with a court date set for August 30, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 8:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Noah Lorden, 17, of 51 Old Revolutionary Road, Temple on charges of criminal mischief and unlawful possession of alcohol. Lorden was released on $800 personal recognizance bail with an arraignment date set for August 30, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 8:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Timothy Barrett, 17, of 24 Twillingate Road, Temple on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Barrett was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 30, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Friday, Aug. 17]

At 10:31 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Versee D. Carter, 33, of 25 Pinewood Drive, Amherst on a charge of driving after suspension. Carter was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 30, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Saturday, Aug. 18]

At 7:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jason Patrick Clare, 25, of 27 Mahogany Drive, Nashua on a charge of DWI. Clare was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 30, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Sunday, Aug. 19]

At 7:30 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Matthew Raymond, 31, of 634 Mast Road, Manchester on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Raymond was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 30, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
