POLICE LOG: Two Drug Arrests This Week

[Tuesday, Aug. 28]

At 8:03 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Zachary David Aquino, 19, of 372 Main Street, Milford, MA on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Aquino was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 13, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Wednesday, Aug. 29]

At 1:41 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Northern Boulevard.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Cami Charlonne, 20, of Winchendon, MA and  and Dawne Beamer, 39, of Mont Vernon.

At 4:55 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Troy Lovecky, 19, of 54 Longwood Drive, Greenfield on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Lovecky was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 13, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
