Police Log: Teen Charged With Theft and Drug Possession

[Wednesday, July 10]

At 8:36 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Joey Marden, 28, of 19 Birchwood Drive, Milford on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Plymouth District Court.  Marden was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with a court date set for July 25, 2013 at the Plymouth District Court.

At 3:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Alex A. Claire, 17, of 4 Merrill Lane, Hollis on charges of transportation of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug. Claire was released on $400 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 1, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Thursday, July 11]

At 11:01 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Donna Elaine Wright, 66, of 28 Main Street, Brookline on a charge of Simple Assault. Wright was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on August 1, 2013.

At 3:55 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Victoria Quain, 18, of 21 Conifer Street, Merrimack on charges of theft and possession of a controlled drug. Quain was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 1, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 7:01 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a four-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Keith Roussel, 42, of Nashua, Michael Campbell, 51, of Amherst, Joseph MacShane, 42, of Dracut, MA and Andrej Kokal, 57, of Greenfield.

[Friday, July 12]

At 8:25 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Corduroy Road. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Jamie Allen Page, 37, of New Boston and Jillian Patrick, 35, of Amherst.

At 3:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot. A minor injury was reported. The drivers were Joan Lorden, 51, of Pepperell, MA and Emma Fairbank, 16, of Wilton.

[Saturday, July 13]

At 2:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jason M D Buttrick, 21, of 520 Crystal Lake Road, Gilmanton on charges of possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug and theft. Buttrick was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 1, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Sunday, July 14]

At 12:31 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Nicholas A. Foster, 29, of 55 Pleasant Street, Hooksett on a charge of possession of a controlled drug, as well as on an arrest warrant issued by the Hillsborough County Superior Court – North. Foster was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail on the Amherst charge, with a court date set for August 1, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Scott Dennis Lombard, 27, of 1 Bahl Street, Nashua, on a charge of theft. Lombard was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 1, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Monday, July 15]

At 12:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Elizabeth Anne North, 37, of 98 Powers Street #224, Milford, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. North was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 1, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
