REMAX INTEGRA, New England Releases September 2015 Housing Report

New Hampshire sees the most growth in New England in sales year-over-year. Median price and pending sales also increase.

The residential market in New England remained strong through September 2015, with sales up 15% and pending sales up 14% over September 2014.

New Hampshire led this growth with an impressive 20% increase in sales year-over-year, while average days on market in the state decreased by 12.5%. Month-over-month, the market followed traditional seasonal trends with a 10.7% decrease in sales and slight decrease in median price.

“We’ve seen steady improvement over the 2014 market since May of this year,” said Dan Breault, EVP/Regional Director of RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England. “While we’re seeing the market slow down, as it typically does after the busy summer season, it’s encouraging to see continued year-over-year growth as we move into the fall.”
