Romney in NH: 'Our Hearts Break With Sadness'
Romney event opens with prayer for Colorado shooting victims.
BOW, N.H. – Mitt Romney's campaign stop in New Hampshire had a somber tone Friday as he spoke only of the Colorado shooting and its victims.
"Our hearts break with the sadness of this unspeakable tragedy," Romney said.
Romney spoke for under five minutes. "It's time for us to look deep into our hearts and remember how much we love each other and how much we love our great country," Romney said.

He said now is time to pray for the wounded to recover and that those grieving "will know the goodness of God." He added, "There will be justice for those responsible, but that's another matter for another day."
The Very Rev. Christian Canon Tutor of All Saints Anglican Church in Concord spoke at the event at Coastal Forest Products, at its Bow site.

"We are in mourning," Tutor said, opening the Romney event with a prayer for victims of Colorado shooting.
The campaign stop was designed to focus on the importance of small businesses, and to counter President Obama and a recent comment he made about businesses. Romney appeared with U.S. Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH), who is mentioned as a possible running mate.
Romney is also out with a new television ad that singles out his comment last week about businesses.
The ad, "These Hands," celebrates small businesses as the lifeblood of the economy and blasts Obama for a failure to "understand who the real job creators are."
The ad features Jack Gilchrist of Hudson, N.H., owner of Gilchrist Metal Fabricating Co.
In the ad, Gilchrist says, “My father’s hands didn’t build this company? My hands didn’t build this company? Through hard work and a little bit of luck, we built this business. Why are you demonizing us for it? It’s time we had somebody who believes in us, someone who believes that achievement should be rewarded, not punished. We need somebody who believes in America.”
