Scott Brown on NH Senate Run: 'We'll See What Happens'
The former Massachusetts Senator appeared on Fox Business on Monday morning.
In an appearance on Fox Business Monday morning, Scott Brown did not give a clear yes or no answer when asked if he plans to run for U.S. Senate in New Hampshire this year.
"I'd be lying if I said that I didn't think I could do it better than the people down there right now," the former Republican Senator from Massachusetts said. "But that doesn't mean that I'm going to jump in with every opportunity, because there is a role for me to play right now, talking about the problems, trying to bring people together to solve those problems. We're in trouble. We're in a financial emergency still... I'm challenging the president, I challenge my former colleagues, I challenge obviously the people that are in there now to do better and we'll see what happens."
Brown, a Fox News contributor, recently sold his Massachusetts home and moved full-time to Rye. But when asked about Obamacare during his Fox Business appearance, he referenced Massachusetts instead of his new home state.
"I'm against Obamacare," he said. "It's terrible for not only Massachusetts, but I believe the rest of the country."
