Some Local Stores Won't Sell Controversial Rolling Stone Issue

Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is the cover photo for the next issue of Rolling Stone Magazine, angering many.

Several businesses with stores in our area are saying they won't sell the controversial Rolling Stone magazine cover featuring a photo of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Among the businesses boycotting the issue are CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens and Shaw's, all of which have locations in our neck of the woods.

Not everyone is refusing to sell the magazine, however. 7-Eleven said it will carry the issue, which hits shelves Friday.
