The Portsmouth Clippers (3-1-1) defeated the Souhegan Boys' Soccer team (3-3) by a score of 3 to 1 on Tuesday, Sept. 17. Mike Hayden scored Souhegan's lone goal to tie the score at 1 to 1 in the first half. Devan Casey assisted on the goal. In goal, Teigue Young had eight saves.
The next match for Souhegan will be Tuesday, Sept. 24, at ConVal High School in Peterborough at 7 p.m.
