The Broadway blockbuster which lead to the movie hit in 1978 with Olivia Newton John and John Travolta promises to be a show full of nostalgia and farcical humor. Rydell High 1959 is the setting as the Pink Ladies and Greasers pose and strut their stuff through the hi-jinx and ribald humor of the wild and happy 50’s.
Songs like “Grease”, “We Go Together” “Those Magic Changes” Freddie My Love” and “Mooning” capture the innocence and romance of this much loved era of Americana.
