Suicidal Man Shot After Incident With Mont Vernon Police
The Attorney General's office is investigating Sunday's shooting.

A suicidal Mont Vernon man is in the hospital after being shot by police on Sunday, according to New Hampshire State Police and the Attorney General's office.
Mont Vernon Police responded to 15 Pond Road, Mont Vernon after receiving a report of a suicidal male on the property. Police identified the man as Geoffrey Bidwell.
Bidwell was shot after confronting police and has been hospitalized. Police report that he is currently in stable condition.
