Teen, Woman Arrested For Shoplifting In Amherst

[Monday, Jan. 28]

At 4:36 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Lyndeborough Road.  No injuries were reported. The driver was Sean Fay, 16, of Amherst.

At 8:13 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. The driver was Brent Hammond, age 21, of Milford.

[Tuesday, Jan. 29]

At 12:17 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101. Tje drivers were Jason Clausen, 30, of Manchester and Patrick McPhee, 50, of Ashby, MA Both drivers, as well as a passenger, were transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.

At 10:06 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Caitlyn Caron, 19, of 33 Meetinghouse Road, Merrimack on a charge of shoplifting. Caron was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court

At 9:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Versee Damien Carter, 34, of 25 Pinewood Drive, Amherst on charges of simple assault and resisting arrest, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Carter was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail, with a court date set for January 30, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 10:43 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Stearns Road. No injuries were reported. The drivers was Caleb Berkebile, age 17, of Wilton.

[Wednesday, Jan. 30]

At 7:29 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Howe Drive.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Michaela Hendrickson, 19, of Hollis and William Hession, age 57, of Milford.

At 9:54 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Christopher Fagen, age 47, of 170 Haverhill Street, North Reading, MA on a charge of violation of a protective order. Fagen was arraigned in the Milford District Court this same date.

At 3:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Caralee Doyle, 40, of 99 Elm Street #5, Milford, NH on a charge of shoplifting. Doyle was released on $7,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
