Three Facing Theft Charges in Amherst
The following information was provided by the Amherst Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
- On February 21, 2014 at 1358 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Cynthia Kaye Ennis, age 42, of 415 North River Road, Milford, NH on a charge of Willful Concealment. Ennis was released on $1200 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 6, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 22, 2014 at 0115 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Christopher Nathan Robidoux, age 26, of 102 Gould Hill Road, Greenfield, NH on a charge of Transportation of a Controlled Drug. Robidoux was released on $2500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 6, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 23, 2014 at 1113 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Edmund Sadowski, age 61, of 34 Vaillancourt Drive, New Ipswich, NH on a charge of Theft from a Building. Sadowski was released on a summons to appear in the 9th Circuit Court – Milford on March 6, 2014.
- On February 23, 2014 at 1403 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Daniel Patrick Nugent, age 23, of 7 Washington Street, Amherst, NH on a charge of Theft by Unauthorized Taking. Nugent was released on $2500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 6, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
