Two Juveniles Detained On Drug Charges
The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Monday, Feb. 11]
At 11:38 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jason Clausen, 30, of 123 English Village Road #104, Manchester on charges of transportation of a controlled drug and vehicular assault. Clausen was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 21, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
At 1:22 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Dennis Paquette, 65, of Milford and Richard Howard, 54, of Saco, ME

[Tuesday, Feb. 12]
At 7:33 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Chestnut Hill Road. No injuries were reported. The driver was Jacob Phillips, 17, of New Boston.

At 8:37 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Horace Greeley Road. No injuries were reported. The driver was Sean Fay, 16, of Amherst.
At 2:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Jody Ciardelli, 46, of Milford and Aileen McGurk, 46, of New Ipswich.
At 4:19 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Andrew Steven Lavoie, 21, of 39 Glascow Circle, Hudson on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Lavoie was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 21, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
[Wednesday, Feb. 13]
At 4:15 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jennifer Marie Thomas, 44, of 11467 Main Street #2, Dublin on a charge of driving after suspension. Thomas was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 21, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
At 4:52 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Eric Fowler, 40, of Wilton and Kimberly Ann High, 46, of Merrimack.
At 6:35 p.m., the Amherst Police Department detained two juveniles on drug related charges. Court action is anticipated.
[Sunday, Feb. 17]
At 6:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. Driver Ashlyn Kapetanakis, 24, of Milford had hit a parked vehicle.
