Two Teens Nabbed On Drug Charges: Log

[Tuesday, March 5, 2013]

At 3:53 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the parking lot of Liberty Park. No injuries were reported. Driver Christina Bull, 29, of Boston, MA had hit a parked vehicle.

[Thursday, March 7]

At 3:03 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Heather Gagnon, 33, of Milford and Leah Reed, 34, of Wilton.

At 3:28 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident. The driver was Jerry Bergevin, 53, of Manchester.

At 11:50 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. The driver was Justin Mazzone, 25, of E. Boston, MA.

[Friday, March 8]

At 2:50 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Ponemah Road. No injuries were reported. The drvier was Joseph Martin, 22, of Amherst.

[Sunday, March 10]

At 5:18 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Ronald Marchant, 59, of 9 Partridge Ln, Kennebunk, ME on a charge of driving after suspension. Marchant was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for March 21, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Monday, March 11]

At 5:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Bryan Green, 24, of 18 Beech Street, Milford on a warrant out of Hillsborough County. Green was released to the custody of Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department.

At 11:47 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Denise F. Menzies, 58, of 34 W. Fork Street, Lowell, MA on a charge of theft. Menzies was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for March 21, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
