Volleyball Tourney Set To Support Good Cause

Sign up for Sunday's tournament at Souhegan High School to support Bridges.

Souhegan High School will be hosting a sports tournament this weekend to benefit victims of violence in Southern New Hampshire.

The First Annual Souhegan High School Volleyball Team Grass Tournament will be running on Sunday, Aug. 19 at the Amherst high school. Check in will be at 8 a.m. and the tournament will start at 9 a.m.

The cost is $30 per team (half off if you bring a net), which will benefit Bridges, a nonprofit organization that provides free and confidential services to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, teen dating violence, child sexual abuse, elder abuse, stalking, and harassment.

The divisions are Men's Doubles Open and AA, Women's Doubles Open and AA and Co-Ed 4's at $60 per team. There is also a High School Girls Doubles & 4's.
