Description: OutFITters Thrift Store in Manchester, NH is looking for a full-time Retail Stock Associate. Must be able to work 40 hours a week, including every other Saturday, be able to consistently lift and move furniture weighing up to 100 pounds, and be willing to work in inclement weather.  Applicants must be trustworthy, professional, and have the ability to communicate effectively and possess great customer service skills with donors, customers, peers, management, and work well in a face paced environment.  Experience in retail and accurately handling cash and credit card transactions are essential as applicant will need to fill in as necessary at the cash register.Duties may include but not limited to moving and cleaning furniture, greeting and assisting customers and donors, organizing and hanging clothing as well as maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Description: The primary role of the person in this position is to assist the Mortgage Officers and member with their mortgage loan applications. Key responsibilities are:

• Taking residential loan application files from the Mortgage Officers and verifying that application data is complete and accurate.
• Calling specified companies to obtain property abstracts, surveys and appraisals
• Informing the supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey
• Calling or writing the Credit Bureau and employer(s) to verify accuracy of information when needed
• Notifying appropriate branch about member(s) coming in to close the loan and/or, on occasion, meeting with member(s) to close loan documents and entering data into the computer
• Processing payoffs and preparing discharges of paid mortgages
• Preparing and mailing approval and denial letters to applicants
• Assisting Mortgage Officers as required to deliver a serviceable loan to the member
• As needed, typing loan application forms and submitting mortgage loan files for underwriting approval
