Description: Provide support for Siebel environments, on versions ranging from 8.2 and above. Participate in and/or lead infrastructure build activities as appropriate. Maintain the current response and availability service levels with different business units. Monitor, resolve and document incidents associated to this product suite. Migration of Siebel repository & deployment of the Siebel application. Siebel patching and upgrades. Environment refreshes. Work with the team in resolving production issues and co-ordinate support activities with other technology partners. Interact with the onshore and offshore teams as required, for issue resolution, status updates, product metrics, etc. Configure IIR, DQ Connector, and ensure all IIR components (IDT, Rulebase, Synchronizer, etc) and setup & running as required Maintain and evolve existing run book documentation. As requested/necessary, support after hours and weekend change window. Participate in Siebel On-call rotation including after-hours support
