Woman Charged With Theft

[Wednesday, Feb. 6]

At 3:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Steve E. Dorsey, 45, of 586 Mason Road, Milford on a charge of driving after suspension. Dorsey was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 6:17 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Jean Doiron, 61, of Merrimack and Leah Camire, 65, of Nashua.

[Thursday, Feb. 7]

At 6:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Sharon Elaine Vertigans, 22, of 27 Crosswoods Path Blvd, Merrimack on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. Vertigans was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 21, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Friday, Feb. 8]

At 8 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Mack Hill Road. No injuries were reported. The driver was Joshua Thibodeau, 24, of Amherst, NH

[Sunday, Feb. 10]

At 2:58 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101. The drivers were Leslie O’Brien, 51, of West Chesterfield and Jean Crawley, age 76, of Amherst. Mrs. Crawley was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.
