Bedford Rotary Regional Idol Scholarship Competition

The Bedford NH Rotary Club is hosting this Regional Idol Scholarship Competition, a program which is open to high school vocalists in the Southern NH area. The competition seeks to present the best vocalists in the area performing with a live band and awards scholarship prizes to the best performers. The event will be held at the Dana Center Theater at Saint Anselm College, a 585 seat theater with state of the art facilities. The purpose of this event is not only to recognize vocal excellence but also to promote the appreciation of music in our schools as an essential element of a well rounded education. We also provide extensive training and mentoring to the contestants to help them be better stage performers in front of a live audience.
