LINCOLN, NH -- A New Hampshire woman was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after police said she crashed rear-ended a tractor-trailer on Interstate 93 Monday morning. Traci Sackett, 37, of Warren, was arrested and suffered serious injuries. Police said she was driving a Chevrolet Equinox sport utility vehicle.
