Arrest Log: NH State Police Troop D

CONCORD, NH — The following arrests have been reported by New Hampshire State Police Troop D for the time period of March 22 to March 28. Those listed are presumed innocent unless they are proven guilty in court. The names of minors have been omitted.

March 22: Walter Lacinski, 53, of Smyrna, Delaware, is charged with driving after suspension.

March 23: Robert Wasowski, 30, of Hooksett, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension, driving under the influence, transporting drugs or alcohol in a motor vehicle, and having an open container. Kailen Ulmer, 36, of Spring Hill, Florida, is charged with DUI and aggravated DUI.

March 24: Holly Tillotson, 24, of Bow, is charged with DUI. Abigail Timberlake, 24, of Bow, Mikayla Pacy, 20, of Keene, Devon Sprague, 21, of Hooksett, Albin Chic, 21, of Hooksett, and Ethan Reinert, 21, of Manchester are taken into protective custody related to alcohol. Bethany Socha, 33, of Winthrop, Massachusetts, is charged with reckless operation, having an open container, DUI and aggravated DUI. Nieko Clow, 25, of Claremont, is charged with possession of a controlled drug, resisting arrest or detention, breach of bail, being a pedestrian on a roadway, and possession of less than 3/4 of an ounce of marijuana. Marcus Prentiss, 40, of Riverside, Rhode Island, is charged with driving after revocation or suspension.

March 25: Cameron O'Brian, 45, of South Sutton is charged with driving after revocation or suspension, transporting drugs in a vehicle, and three counts of drug possession.

March 26: Tyler Whittemore, 22, of Warner, is charged with willful concealment. Ryan Cormier, 28, of Manchester, is arrested on a bench warrant and charged with drug possession and driving after revocation or suspension.

March 27: Shrieff Elmasry, 23, of Andover, is charged with DUI, aggravated DUI and speeding. Mariah Poquette, 22, of Webster, was taken into protective custody related to alcohol. Keon Alston, 22, of Boston, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension.

March 28: Harley Stanion, 37, of Newport, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension.
