CONCORD, NH — Justin A. Duquette, born in 1977, of East Andover, received a summons at 4:43 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2025, on a disorderly conduct charge following an incident or investigation at Capital City Billiards at 219 Fisherville Road.

Rachelle L. Smith, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on July 18 on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation at the Legislative Parking Garage at 126 Storrs St.

James Bub Bullock, born in 1971, of Concord, received a summons at 11:57 a.m. on July 18 on a criminal trespass charge following an incident or investigation at the Regency Hill Estates at 12 East Side Drive.

Stacey M. Young, born in 1983, of Andover, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on July 18 on two felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges following an incident or investigation on Water Street. She was also charged with driving after revocation or suspension, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, disobeying an officer, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, and suspension of vehicle registration charges following an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Viktor D. Bujnicki, born in 2001, of East Islip, New York, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on July 15 on a simple assault charge following an incident or investigation at the Comfort Inn at 71 Hall St. and a resisting arrest or detention charge following an incident or investigation at Uno’s at 15 Fort Eddy Road.

Kelsey L. Tuck, born in 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on July 14 on a possession of a controlled drug charge following an incident or investigation at the Concord Public Library at 45 Green St.

Henry R. Ladd, born in 1966, of Concord, received a summons at 1:15 a.m. on July 14 on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.

Thomas Falcon, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on July 13 on two bench warrants. Also arrested was Jackie M. Roberts, born in 2000, of Concord, on a warrant. They were arrested following an incident or investigation at the Gas House Bridge on Water Street.

Thomas Russell, born in 1995, of Concord, received a summons at 11:52 a.m. on July 13 on a loitering or prowling charge following an incident or investigation at the Enterprise Rent-a-Car at 28 Manchester Street.

Richard T. Hill, born in 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on July 12 on a disorderly conduct charge as well as a noise prohibited violation. Also arrested were Patrick O’Mara, born in 2001, of Concord, and Talor Robert McJuary, born in 2000, of Concord, on disorderly conduct and noise prohibited. They were arrested following an incident or investigation on South State Street.

Brian Thomas Bilodeau, born in 1959, of Concord, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. on June 30 on robbery, breach of bail, simple assault, willful concealment, and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges following an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road. He was also charged with sex offender registry; knowing, failure to comply and breach of bail charges at police headquarters.

Roger P. Baker, born in 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on June 25 on a criminal trespass charge following an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Ryan Nicholas Gates, born in 1994, of Concord was arrested at 6:42 p.m. on June 24 on disobeying an officer, receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, reckless operation, speeding, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, operating after certification as a habitual offender, and two falsifying physical evidence charges as well as yellow-solid line violation, misuse of plates, and failure to drive on the right side of the road violation. He was arrested following an incident or investigation on North Main Street.
