Taylor Wilkins, 22, left the Shea Farm Transitional Housing Unit in Concord at about 9:30 a.m. to go to work but she never arrived. Anyone with information is asked to call local police or the New Hampshire State Prison at 603-271-1801. <ul><li>Update: <a href="https://patch.com/new-hampshire/concord-nh/concord-fugitive-caught-hiding-under-bed-police">Wilkins was arrested in Boscawen, police said</a>.</li></ul>Wilkins is 5 feet 6 inches and 140 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
