Concord And Manchester Felons Indicted On Meth And Weapon Possession Charges: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Steve R. Poulin, 51, of Henry Bridge Road in Goffstown, on three felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of punching another man in the face, causing a fractured nasal bone, a fractured orbital socket, and damage to his eyes, making him blind, on Feb. 1 in Epsom.

Emmanoelly Ribeiro, 34, of Lakeview Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on two felony anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties charges, accused of using a false address on a certificate of title application on a 2010 Mack Leu Dump Truck and a 2004 Mack CV7 Dump Truck in Concord on March 12, 2024.

Charna Soifert, 55, of Brookline Street in Pepperell, MA, on a felony anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties charge, accused of using a false address on the application for a certificate of title on a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado on Aug. 18, 2023.

Bruce True, 39, of East Side Drive in Concord, on a possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and two felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing less than an ounce of meth, metallic knuckles, and a “firearm-like object” on April 17 in Concord. True is a felon due to an armed robbery conviction in Strafford County Superior Court in May 2019. Joseph R. Viera, 22, of Dundee Drive in Bridgewater, MA, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Franklin on May 26.

James Welcome, 42, of Franklin Highway in Andover, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 in merchandise from Lowe’s in Concord on Nov. 17, 2024.

Morgan S. White, 22, of Bogle Drive in Carlisle, Ontario, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocybin mushrooms on Feb. 10 in Bow.

Nathaniel M. White, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of meth charge on May 10, 2024, in Concord.

Chesley W. Wohner, 53, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, felonious use of a firearm, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and pistols & revolvers; armed career criminals charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and a firearm on July 19, 2024, in Hooksett. Wohner is a felon due to a conviction in July 2021 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North, as well as three or more felonies in New Hampshire. Robert B. Young Jr., 57, of North Barnstead Road in Center Barnstead on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Broadway Street in Pittsfield on June 20 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV in October 2012.
