Contoocook Woman Accused Of Deleting Texts In Dunbarton After Fatal Overdose: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Erica L. Kowalski, 48, of Hampshire Drive in Concord, on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. She was accused of firing a gun in the immediate proximity of Henniker police while they were attempting to conduct a welfare check on May 30. Heather M. Lytle, 43, of Davis Street in Center Barnstead, on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Sheep Davis Road in Concord on April 9 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in October 2022.

Rianna S. Martin, 39, of Memorial Drive in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on March 29 in Hooksett.

Olivia A. Masewic, 21, of Megan Drive in Manchester, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocybin and motor vehicles; penalties charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and driving on Interstate 93 south in Hooksett on Jan. 17 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Melissa Moscaritolo, 48, of Amesbury Road in Contoocook, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony falsifying physical evidence charges. She was accused of deleting or concealing her Facebook message history as well as text messages and call log history from her cellphone on Feb. 15, 2024, in Dunbarton to impair an investigation into the overdose death of Katie Miner.

Myk T. Neuner, 37, of Concord, incarcerated at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen Nissan Juke on March 9 in Hooksett.

Caleb Phillips, 27, of Center Road in Canterbury, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of using an ATM card to withdraw more than $1,500 from the bank account of another in Concord between June 5 and July 22, 2024.

Alexander Pierre, 24, a homeless man now located in Concord, on criminal trespass, attempted criminal mischief, and three arson charges, all felonies. He was accused of entering Genrose in Pembroke and starting a fire in a box belonging to Consolidated Communications, at the 106 Mini Storage in Pembroke, and Heat and Control Property at 318 Borough Road in Pembroke on April 28.

Thomas M. Pillsbury, 35, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot in Hooksett on May 29, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.
