Joshua P. Diaz, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 4:22 a.m. on July 18 on driving under the influence-second offense and simple assault charges following an incident or investigation on School Street.

Kayla Arleen Chatham, born in 2000, of Epsom, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on July 16 on negligent driving, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest or detention, and disobeying an officer charges as well as a failure to use required turn signal violation following an incident or investigation at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St.
