Hillsboro Teen Had Meth, Pistol: Police

Hooksett police said Alan Clark, 18, of Hillsboro, was found with 9 grams of methamphetamine and a loaded 9mm pistol in his waistband.

HOOKSETT, NH -- A Hillsboro teen was recently arrested after police said he was found with 9 grams of methamphetamine and a loaded 9mm pistol. Alan Clark (pictured), 18, was arrested Wednesday during a traffic stop on Hooksett and charged with felony drug possession.

Hooksett police said Clark was pulled over at about 4:30 p.m. on West River Road for erratic driving.

"While (an officer) was speaking with Clark and his female passenger, he noticed both parties appeared nervous and were giving inconsistent stories," Hooksett police said in a statement. "When (the office) began speaking with Clark outside of his vehicle, he discovered a loaded 9MM pistol in his waistband. Ofc. Fosher conducted a pat down of Clark and also discovered 3 baggies containing approximately 9 grams of methamphetamine."

Clark was released on bond pending an arraignment October 11 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
