Incident At Second Street Boat Ramp Leads To DUI, Drug Possession Charges: Concord Police Log
More campers cited, this time, at the Friendly Kitchen; man with priors charged with prowling at city garage; man charged with deception.

CONCORD, NH — Alex R. Crowder, 36, of Concord; Jason Derek Woody, 42, of Concord; and Jonathan P. McCormack, born in 1988, also of Concord; were all given summons at 2:39 a.m. on Aug. 4, 2025, for camping restricted violations after incidents or investigations at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.
Christopher J. Dominic, 51, of Franklin, was arrested at 3:46 a.m. on July 20 on driving under the influence and felony possession of a controlled drug charges. Also arrested was Neena Ann Lorette, 32, of Concord, on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at the Second Street Boat Ramp on Second Street.
David Dubuc, born in 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 6:13 a.m. on July 19 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation in Bicentennial Square.

Timiah Lyn Wilkins, 28, of Concord, received a summons at 1:35 p.m. on July 18 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. Rolando F. Salcedo Jr., born in 1984, of Manchester, received a summons at 10:45 p.m. on July 3 on an operating without a valid license charges after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.
Kylie Elizabeth Kobzik, born in 2003, of Concord, received a summons at 3:40 p.m. on July 3 on two disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.
Richard F. Kuchinsky, 55, of Concord, was arrested at 8:01 p.m. on July 2 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, criminal trespass, and three credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charges after an incident or investigation at The Works at 42 N. Main St.
Jaykumar Jayantibhai Raval, 20, of Flushing, New York, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. on July 2 on a felony theft by deception-$1,501-plus charge after an incident or investigation on Cypress Street.
