Manchester Man Indicted On Concord Strangulation, Domestic Violence Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Boscawen man faces distribution charge; Warner man faces strangulation indictments; incarcerated stalker indicted on new stalking charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Steven Foster, 66, of Chancellor Drive in Boscawen, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, para fluororfentanyl, cocaine, and xylazine mix and fentanyl, para fluorofentanyl, and cocaine mix with intent to distribute charges on Dec. 21, 2024, in Concord.

Jaice D. Fowler, 32, of no fixed address in Franklin, on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine, in Franklin on April 11.
Trevor Gibbons, 27, of Warner or Pleasant Street in Concord, on two felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling another person with his hands and arms on May 4 in Warner.

Nicholas Gilman, 24, of Beech Street in Manchester, on domestic violence and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies, as well as simple assault. He was accused of strangling a woman and dragging her in Concord on April 8.
Edgar Gordon, 59, of Tremont Street in Boscawen, on a felony possession of meth charge on Dec. 29, 2024, in Boscawen.
Ashley Green, 26, of Stevens Drive in Concord, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining a water bottle, knowing it had been stolen, with the intent to sell or distribute it on June 22, 2024, in Concord.
Adam Herring, 38, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony stalking-subsequent charge. He was accused of directing another person to send an electronic message to a protective party in Concord between Nov. 11 and Nov. 12, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, Herring was convicted of stalking in May 2024 in Strafford County Superior Court.
Gordon Hollingworth, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of damaging a window at Aaron’s in Concord on April 1.
Krystal Hurtado, 32, of Brookline Street in Pepperell, Massachusetts, on an anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties charge. She was accused of using a false address for a certificate of title on a 2024 Volkswagen Jetta in Concord on Dec. 19, 2023.

William Heffron Jr., 55, Stonedam Island Road in Meredith, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving south in the northbound lanes of Interstate 93 while under the influence of alcohol on Feb. 12 in Thornton, Campton, Plymouth, and Ashland.
Timothy G. Leveille, 27, of Eaton Road in Pittsfield, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and meth, on April 25, 2024, in Littleton.
Kathryn M. Mulhern, 45, of Park Street in West Roxbury, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and cocaine mix and open container charges on March 4 in Plymouth.
Alan R. Peterson, 37, of Park Street in Northfield, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Oct. 1, 2023, in Bristol.
Jason M. Roy, 39, of North Main Street in Bristol, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of obtaining control over $2,000 for concert tickets on April 20, 2024, in Plymouth.
