CONCORD, NH — Zinamarie Colby, born in 1985, of Concord, received a summons at 3:08 a.m. on Aug. 4, 2025, on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Concord Food Coop on South Main Street.

Colten S. Stevens, born in 2000, of Webster, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on Aug. 3 on a driving under the influence charge and a lane control violation after an incident or investigation at 369 N. State St.

Mike D. Kidder, born in 1978, of Concord, received a summons at 6:38 a.m. on Aug. 2 on driving after revocation or suspension and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Crestwood Drive.

Emilea Jean Wilson, born in 1994, of Concord, and Robert S. Laliberte, born in 1998, of Sutton, were both arrested at 2:45 p.m. on July 30 on two endangering the welfare of a child each. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

Wesley A. Golomb, 73, of Deerfield, was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on July 29 on driving under the influence and negligent driving charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 11 Borough Road.

Cole Michael McCloud, 33, of Milford, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. on July 27 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at the Durgin Block Garage at 17 School St.

Chelsea McClosky, born in 1990, of Concord, received a summons at 6:01 p.m. on July 8 on two disorderly conduct charges after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Matthew Sellers, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. on July 8 on a theft by unauthorized taking-$1,001 to $1,500 charge after an incident or investigation at the Home Depot at 42 D’Amante Drive.

Zaymen Kaz Burdette, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. on July 7 on computer services; use prohibited, two breach of bail, and two felonious sexual assault-victim between 13 and 15 charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Washington Street in Penacook. Charles Rauscher, born in 1946, of Concord, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on July 7 on criminal trespass and two violation of protective order charges. At 3:30 a.m. on July 8, he was arrested again on a violation of a protective order charge. Both arrests were connected to incidents or investigations at the Genesis Elder Care-Pleasant View Assisted Living Center at 227 Pleasant St.

Omar Hutchinson, 32, of Concord, received a summons at 8:10 p.m. on July 7 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the CVS at 4 Hall St.

Paul Moreau, 63, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on July 6 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Tea Garden Restaurant on North Main Street.

Erika Poisson, 43, of Rochester, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on July 6 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex. According to court records, she failed to appear at a final pretrial hearing on April 16 connected to a drug possession charge in Barrington in September 2023. She posted $500 cash bail on July 8, court records said, but failed to appear at another final pretrial hearing on July 16. She was arrested on another warrant and was ordered to undergo a competency evaluation, the court said. Poisson is due back in court on Oct. 15 for another final pretrial hearing.

Sean M. Bourassa, 29, of Pembroke, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on July 6 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at the Red Blazer Restaurant at 72 Manchester St.

Stephanie L. McCormack, 48, of Concord, was arrested at 5:14 p.m. on July 6 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Sheep Davis Road.
