CONCORD, NH — A woman from Massachusetts was arrested and held without bail last month after a suspicious vehicle call, according to police.

Around 10:15 a.m. on July 27, officers were dispatched to the CVS parking lot at 4 Hall St. for a report of a vehicle that had been in the parking lot for approximately three and a half hours. A woman, Rebecca Jane Fraser, 31, of Aiken Avenue in Dracut, MA, was in the driver’s seat while a man in his late 30s was in the front passenger seat. The officers ran checks on both people and found a protective order in place, requiring Fraser not to be within 300 feet of the man, an affidavit said.

Fraser was arrested and brought to police headquarters for booking. The reporting officer was given a hard copy of the domestic violence-stalking criminal order that was issued when she was released on bail on June 30 and confirmed it was active. Fraser was held without bail.

Fraser is due back in Concord District Court on Nov. 4 for a hearing, according to court paperwork.
