Congratulations to Adila Alwrekat on being named Outstanding Employee of the Month for August.

Adila is an account clerk in the Finance Office. Her demeanor is always pleasant, and she greets everyone with a welcoming smile. Adila will typically stop what she is doing to help anyone with questions or seeking information. She has demonstrated excellent customer service by assisting customers in areas that may not be familiar to her. She will listen to their requests, take down information, search files and reach out to co-workers to get the answers for the person so that they don’t need to come back in unnecessarily.

Adila is a consummate team player. She will often assist co-workers when help is needed without being asked. She has offered to work additional hours and take on extra tasks when work needs to be done during busy times such as the annual audit and the preparation of the annual budget. During the department’s recent transition, Adila took on additional responsibilities to help the team stay on schedule and complete required functions.

Adila’s contributions undoubtedly make her a valuable asset to the team and a deserving recipient of this recognition.
