Town Of Bow: Bow Police Department Hosts Awards Night

The Bow Police Department recently held its Annual Awards, Promotion, and Swearing-In Ceremony. This event is more than just a formal occasion; it's a vital part of their commitment to our officers and our community.
The following individuals were recognized:

- Officer Seth Guilmette was named the 2025 Officer of the Year and also received a Department Citation.
- Lieutenant Phil Lamy and Administrative Assistant Stephanie Vogel received the Department Service Award. K9 Hunter received the Department Bone and Cookie Award.
- Sergeant Jon Behning, and Firefighter's Paul Kelly, Jake Paulson, & Jackson Crosby were presented with the Life Saving Award.
- Detective Tyler Coady was honored with a Department Citation.
- Officer Joseph Rheaume received a Department Service Award.
- Sergeant Harry Handy and Officers Robert Welch, Serena Shuter, and Ricardo Saint-Marc were all recognized with a Chief's Letter of Commendation.
- The Citizen's Award was presented to Carl Brown, Eric Anderson, Evan's Printing, and Edward Carr (Tokyo Joe's + Team Link BJJ).
- Town Manager David Stack Awarded Chief Ken Miller a Town Service award.
The Department promoted Sergeant Handy to the rank of Sergeant and the Town Manager officially swore in Maria Bibaud as the Town’s newest officer.
