Woman From Concord Arrested On Driving Under The Influence Charges Twice In 5 Weeks: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Henry Junior Desir, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 1:09 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2025, on simple assault, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident on North Main Street.

Tony Eric Freeman, 38, of Concord, and Jade Ashlyn Hall, born in 2001, of Concord, were both given summonses at 9 a.m. on Aug. 11 on generic city ordinance violation and camping restricted violation. They were cited following an investigation or incident at Healy Memorial Park.

Jacqueline J. Levangie, born in 1982, of South Easton, Massachusetts, was arrested at 7:31 p.m. on Aug. 8 on a bench warrant as well as open container-alcohol or marijuana, failure to display plates, and licensed required violations following an investigation or incident on North Main Street.

David R. Rivera II, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 3:21 a.m. on Aug. 1 on three criminal mischief charges following an investigation or incident on Bow Street.

Jonathan D. Hodgman, 45, of Concord, was arrested at 7:21 a.m. on July 28 on a bench warrant following an investigation or incident at Prompto Ten Minute Oil Change at 131 S. Main St.

Lukas Albert Washco, born in 2001, of Darby, Pennsylvania, was arrested at 2:59 a.m. on July 24 on a driving under the influence charge following an investigation or incident at the KFC at 18 Hall St.

Anne-Marie Ruggles, 52, of Manchester, received a summons at 2:10 a.m. on July 9 on simple assault and criminal mischief charges following an investigation or incident on North Pembroke Road. She has an active warrant for failure to appear at a dispositional conference hearing on Aug. 7 connected to felony theft and unauthorized use charges out of Concord from November 2024.

Fatmir Gasi, 62, of Concord, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on July 8 on a warrant following an investigation or incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Jacob C. Cuthbert, born in 1995, of Loudon, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. on July 8 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident on Broadway.

Sancha Darjee, born in 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 1:03 a.m. on July 5 on driving under the influence and operating without a valid license charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation following an investigation or incident on East Side Drive. Darjee was arrested on May 31 on aggravated DUI and other charges.

Marie Brasier, 41, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on June 30 on common nuisances, endangering the welfare of a child, deal-possess prescription drugs, and three possession of a controlled drug charges. She was arrested following an investigation or incident at the South Concord Meadows apartment complex at 99 Clinton St.

Ambar Nicole Maldonado, 22, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on June 30 on three criminal mischief charges. Also arrested was Emma Elizabeth Onduso, 19, of Keene, on criminal threatening-deadly weapon, domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass charges. They were arrested following an investigation or incident at the Pembroke Road Apartments on Pembroke Road.
