Women From Allenstown And Strafford Arrested On Assault Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Shane A. Adkinson, 41, of Concord, received a summons at 5:45 a.m. on Aug. 13, 2025, on a criminal trespass charge following an incident or investigation at the Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.

Tracy M. Hebert, 59, of Concord, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on Aug. 13 on criminal trespass, resisting arrest or detention, and two loitering or prowling charges. She was arrested following an incident or investigation on Stickney Avenue.

Richard F. Kuchinsky, 55, of Concord, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on July 18 on a bench warrant at the Merrimack County Jail at 314 Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen. He was also charged with criminal trespass following an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Kevin Clark, born in 1960, of Concord, received a summons at 6:03 p.m. on July 18 on a camping prohibited on city prohibited violation following an incident or investigation in Eagle Square.

Kristine Anita Vanwezel, born in 1964, of Concord, received a summons at 8:54 a.m. on July 18 on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Jason Derek Woody, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on July 18 on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation at the Shell gas station at 24 Loudon Road.

David L. Josselyn, born in 1988, of Concord, received a summons at 4:45 p.m. on July 17 on three misuse of 911 system violations following an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street.

Darrah Jeremiah Austyn Hrycuna, born in 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 7:41 p.m. on July 17 on a bench warrant as well as a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation following an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Gary Brian Mercer Jr., 30, of Concord, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on July 17 on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation at the Shell gas station at 333 Loudon Road.

Kendrick H. Waddell, 54, of Concord, received a summons at 10:15 a.m. on July 17 on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.
