19th-Annual Turkey Trot on Tap for Thanksgiving
Sign up by Nov. 17 to receive your free commemorative t-shirt!

What began in 1995 as a neighborhood fun run has become a regional tradition.
This Thanksgiving, hundreds of residents from Windham and nearby communities will line up at 9 a.m. outside of 70 Blossom Road and sprint or jog either the three- or five-mile route.
For some, the race will be gravy. Others may get basted, yet the event remains open to anyone, from competitive runners to walkers, babies to seniors, bicyclists to skateboarders, those in wheelchairs and those in wagons or strollers, all are welcome.
The Windham Turkey Trot – which has raised more than $116,000 for charity for The Shepherd's Food Pantry, Windham Helping Hands and Family Promise of Greater Rockingham County to date – has grown from 50 people 19 years ago to 1,300 in 2012.
