3 Arrested for Drunken Driving on New Year's Eve

Three people were arrested in Londonderry on drunken driving charges on New Year's Eve:

• William Antonio Aguilar, 45, of 4 Prosperity Drive, Derry was arrested at 5:14 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense), resisting arrest and operating without a valid license. No bail information was available, and he is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 13 in Derry District Court.
• Peter Vaillancourt, 57, of 97 Sheffield Road, Manchester was arrested at 5:32 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor and disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 13 in Derry District Court.
• Brian Keith Barganier, 51, of 1514 SW 4th Ave., Ft. Lauderdale, FL was arrested at 9:44 p.m. and charged with a yellow line violation and driving while intoxicated (second offense). He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 13 in Derry District Court.
