Caller Complains of a Craigslist Fraud

  • Motor vehicle accident at or near intersection of Webster Lane and Harvey Road at 8:04 a.m. May 10. Caller reported minor accident involving two cars.
  • Investigate a complaint of larceny, forgery or fraud from a person reporting to the station May 10. 
  • Buttrick Road resident reports annoying phone calls, harassment on May 10.
  • Criminal mischief to cars reported in the neighborhood of Brook Hollow Pitt - 109 Auburn Road on May 10.
  • Officers check out report of suspicious activity on Nashua Road on May 10. Caller reported a silver SUV had been parked across the street all day.
  • Investigate complaint of larceny, forgery or fraud from resident on Seminole Place on May 10. Caller reported a potential fraud via Craigslist.
  • Services rendered for found/lost property in connection with a Mammoth Road address May 10.
  • Officers assist with a disabled motor vehicle on Airport Road at 3:58 p.m. May 10.
  • Officer serves summons/subpoena on Conifer Place on May 10.
  • Caller reports a driver hit a dog on Nashua Road at the intersection of High Range Road at 5:53 p.m. May 10.
  • Officers attempt to serve restraining order on Harvey Road at 7:30 p.m. May 10; not served.
  • Officers attempt to serve summons/subpoena on Constitution Drive and Nashua Road at 7:45 p.m. and 7:49 p.m., unsuccessfully.
  • Summons/subpoena served on Winterwood Drive at 7:55 p.m. May 10.
  • Officers respond to assist Londonderry Fire Department on Meetinghouse Drive at 8:43 p.m. May 10 for complaint of an outside fire in the neighborhood.
  • Respond to Jewel Court for a report of domestic disturbance at 8:57 p.m. May 10; peace restored.
  • Complaint of fireworks in the area of High Range Road at 9:41 p.m. May 10.
  • Investigate report of alleged "juvenile offenses" at Winding Pond Road residence at 10:27 p.m. May 10 – "kids in the pool making noise." The individuals were spoken to outside the pool area and had since left.
  • Summons/subpoena served on Constitution Drive at 10:59 p.m. May 10.
  • Investigate complaint of vehicles racing by the Aviation Museum on Navigator Road at 11:32 p.m. May 10. Officer could not locate.
  • Motor vehicle check at Aviation Museum, 27 Navigator Road, at 12:31 a.m. May 11.
  • Building check at Londonderry Flea Market at 5 Avery Road at 12:48 a.m. May 11.
  • Officer stops a car on Charles Avenue at 1:08 a.m. May 11, resulting in the arrest of Nicholas John Pike, 23, of 40 Kendall Pond Road, Derry, on a charge of driving after revocation or suspension. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance and Pike is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on June 3 on the alleged offense.
  • Officers investigate report of suspicious activity in the area of Misty Lane – two men walking along at 4:07 a.m. and didn't appear to belong in the area. Officer could not locate.
  • Building check at Lorden Commons – Old Derry Road, at 5:13 a.m. on May 11. Building checked and secured.
