Derry Man Charged with Theft of Flag Collection Box

On January 14, 2014 at 7:17 PM Derry Police Department arrested Eric Lecuyer, 42, of 17L Gamache Road, Derry on a warrant for theft. 

He is accused of the theft of the flag collection box that was taken from the Derry Transfer Station on Nov. 29, 2013. Lecuyer was arrested at his residence. The flag box was recovered at that location on Dec. 9, 2013 during the theft investigation.

Lecuyer was released on $1,000 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the 10th Circuit Court - Derry District on Jan. 30, 2014.
