Hampton Falls Standoff Suspect Faces Charges in Londonderry

A man involved in a standoff with police in Hampton Falls earlier this week is facing identity and other charges in Londonderry.
Daren K. Gragg, 37, of Primrose Drive, Derry was arrested at 8:53 a.m. Wednesday at Rockingham County Jail on a previous warrant. He was charged with two counts of identity fraud, two counts of false information in prescription, two counts of false personation and two counts of theft of services. Bail was set at $10,000, and he is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Jan. 21 at 12:45 p.m.
Gragg and Melissa Amato, 31, were each arraigned in Seabrook District Court Wednesday morning on a felony burglary charge and a misdemeanor resisting arrest charge in connection Tuesday's hours-long standoff at 24 Lafayette Road, Apt. 8 in Hampton Falls. Both are also facing charges in several other New Hampshire and Massachusetts towns.
