Langley Construction breaks ground on the 41,000 square foot vaulted terminal that consists of load-bearing pre-cast insulated concrete panels. The building sits on a 13-acre multi-building site adjacent to the Boston-Manchester regional airport. The property is owned by R.J. Kelly Co., Inc., a New England-based commercial real estate owner, manager, and developer.

The interior will feature drive-through vehicle storage, fleet maintenance, office, and specialty use. Jones Lang and LaSalle represent the national tenant that will occupy the building and construction is slated to be complete by late spring of 2022.
