Londonderry Arrest Log: July 15-July 22

LONDONDERRY, NH — The following arrests were reported in the Londonderry police log for Monday, July 15, to Monday, July 22. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Monday, July 15 — Dewey Wambsganss, 59, of Londonderry, was charged with five counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault pertaining to fondling and one count of false imprisonment.

Tuesday, July 16 — Maria Selania Feliz De Zucco, 37, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was charged with identity fraud. Joanne Marie Ginnard, 63, of Londonderry, was charged with DUI.

Wednesday, July 17 — David Mccurdy, 57, of Londonderry, was charged with DUI and disobeying an officer. Haley Simmons, 21, of Londonderry, was arrested on a bench warrant. Heather Lyn Walker, 47, of Londonderry, was charged with DWI.

Thursday, July 18, to Saturday, July 20 — No arrests reported by Londonderry police.

Sunday, July 21 — Cheryl A. Harasym, 55, of Derry, was charged with conduct after an accident. Colin Thomas Murphy, 27, of Londonderry, was charged with DUI.

Monday, July 22 — No arrests reported by Londonderry police.
