Londonderry Driver Hits Bicyclist

The bicyclist suffered minor injuries, police said.

A bicyclist riding at the intersection of Ferry and Adelaide streets was struck by a car at about 6 p.m. on Monday in Hudson.

Hudson Police determined that James Carrington, 50, of Haverhill, Mass., was travelling east on Ferry Street when a 2008 Pontiac G6 being operated by Keith MacFadgen, 51, of Londonderry, struck the bicycle while turning left onto  Adelaide Street.

Carrington was transported with minor injuries to the Southern New Hampshire Regional Medical Center in Nashua by Hudson Fire Department personnel. The accident remains under investigation and no charges have been filed at this point, police said.
