Londonderry Man Faces Negligent Homicide In Death Of 16-Year-Old Girl
Connor Hill also faces felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon in an accident that caused the death of Kyana Zogopoulus of Manchester.
MANCHESTER, NH — Connor Hill, 19, of Londonderry has been indicted by a Hillsborough County Grand Jury on three felony charges including negligent homicide.
In June 2022, New Hampshire State Police accused Hill of driving a Ford Escape north on Interstate 93 in Manchester at more than 90 miles per hour when he made contact with a Volkswagen Passat driven by Xavier Doyle.
A young woman was ejected from the vehicle Hill was driving and died at the scene of the crash. Hill was transported to the Elliot Hospital with serious injuries sustained in the crash, Doyle was not injured in the crash.

Family members identified the young woman as Kyana Zogopoulus of Manchester. She was 16 when she died from injuries in the crash.
The grand jury indictment accused Hill of negligent homicide, a Class B felony that carries a possible penalty of 3.5 to 7 years in prison, and up to a $4,000 fine. The indictment states that Hill was driving in an unsafe manner changing lanes while driving in excess of 90 mph. Hill also was indicted on two felony counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon.

The indictment indicated Hill was driving recklessly and engaged in conduct that placed other drivers in danger of serious bodily injury when Hill drove his vehicle in an unsafe manner, moving between lanes and traveling at speeds more than 90 miles per hour.
One felony account is for placing Zogopoulus in danger and the second count is for putting Doyle in danger. Each felony charge for reckless conduct with a deadly weapon can carry a prison sentence of 3.5 to 7 years and up to a $4,000 fine.
Hill is currently not being held on charges and is expected to be arraigned on the indictments in July.
