Upon completion of the remodel, customers will enjoy a greater variety of grab-and-go meals, expanded meat, seafood and produce sections, elevated sushi and fine cheese offerings, and a wider array of hot prepared foods. The project will also include enhancements to the full-service pharmacy, including the addition of a private consultation room for immunizations.
In line with Hannaford’s position as an industry leader in sustainability, the remodel will incorporate new features that enhance the store’s energy-efficiency and reduce its carbon emissions—including the installation of a new carbon dioxide refrigeration system and electric cooking equipment.
