Man Injured After Falling Four Stories From A Londonderry Building

The man suffered a serious head injury after landing on concrete at a construction site. Boston MedFlight flew the victim to Lahey Clinic

Londonderry, NH - Londonderry Fire received multiple 911 calls Thursday with conflicting locations off Pillsbury Road for a man who had fallen four stories from a building on a construction site.

Several firefighters and EMS were dispatched to the incident at about 10:45 a.m. Crews started at the initial dispatch address finding nothing and proceeded down the road where they were met by a worker and directed into 50 Woodmont Ave a large construction site.

Responders found a male patient who had fallen approximately 4 stories and landed on concrete and sustained a head injury. Air Medical Transport was immediately requested as crews worked to provide advanced life support measures and stabilize the patient at the scene while waiting for the arrival of the helicopter.

Additional firefighters worked to set up a landing zone at the Exit 4 Park and Ride. The victim was transported to the landing zone and awaited the arrival of a Boston MedFlight helicopter.

The patient was flown to the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA and there are currently no updates on the medical condition of the victim.
