Manchester Man Charged with Theft

The following are excerpts and arrests reported by the Londonderry Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Criminal threatening on South Road on April 18.

• Justin Cassidy, 24, of 33 Eagle Nest Way, Apartment 2, Manchester, arrested and charged with theft from a building and a motor vehicle on April 18. He was given a court date of May 13 on the charges.

• Suspicious activity complaint on Premier Drive. Investigated, but could not locate at 11:06 a.m. April 18.

• Suspicious activity complaint on Bockes Road April 18.

• Motor vehicle complaint on Pillsbury Road on April 18. Caller reported a man driving through the orchards.

• Complaint from Auburn Road of shooting in the old landfill area. Officers investigated but did not locate.

• Motor vehicle accident on Airport Road at 4:22 p.m. on April 18. Minor damage reported.

• Building check on Sanborn Road just after midnight on April 19.
